Introduction

Arrive LLC ("Arrive," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Arrive platform at arrively.app and arrive.ly, providing drive-time aware scheduling software for mobile service professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly and information generated through your use of the Service:

Account Information

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Business name and trade specialties
  • Login credentials (managed by our authentication provider)

Customer Information

  • Name, phone number, email address, and service address
  • SMS opt-in preferences
  • Booking history and service notes

Location Data

  • Service area center and radius for technicians
  • Customer address coordinates for scheduling and routing
  • Travel time estimates between job locations

Calendar Data

  • Anonymized calendar blocks (start and end times only) synced from your device calendar via the mobile app. We do not collect event titles, descriptions, attendees, or any other calendar metadata.

Payment Information

  • Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. We retain only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage Data

  • Pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns collected through Vercel Analytics. This data is aggregated and does not include personally identifiable information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the scheduling, booking, and routing features of the Service
  • Send transactional SMS messages related to bookings (confirmations, en-route notifications, cancellation and rescheduling updates)
  • Process payments and manage billing through Stripe
  • Calculate drive times and optimize technician schedules
  • Automatically fill cancelled appointment slots via our rebooking system
  • Analyze aggregated usage patterns to improve the Service
  • Respond to support requests and communicate about your account
  • Comply with legal obligations

SMS Communications

Arrive sends SMS messages to customers on behalf of service professionals who use our platform. All SMS communications are transactional in nature and relate directly to booked or requested services. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

Types of messages:

  • Booking confirmations and transactional booking links
  • Appointment reminders
  • En-route notifications when a technician is on the way
  • Cancellation and rescheduling updates

Consent and opt-out:

  • Customers must opt in to receive SMS messages before any are sent
  • Every SMS includes instructions to reply STOP to opt out
  • Opting out is immediate and permanent unless the customer opts in again
  • Message frequency varies based on booking activity
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier

We use the following types of cookies:

Essential cookies

Required for authentication and core functionality. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies

Used by Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymous usage data such as page views and general traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Third-Party Services

We share information with the following service providers solely to operate the Service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

  • Supabase — authentication, database hosting, and real-time features
  • Stripe — payment processing and billing
  • Twilio — SMS message delivery
  • Vercel — website hosting and analytics
  • Railway — API server hosting

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and is contractually obligated to protect your information.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we retain your data for up to 90 days to allow for billing reconciliation and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Your Rights Under the CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to know — You may request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to delete — You may request deletion of your personal information. You can do this through the account deletion option in your account settings.
  • Right to opt out of sale — We do not sell your personal information.
  • Right to non-discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

To exercise any of these rights, use the account deletion feature in the app or contact us at ron@arrively.app. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), database-level row security policies that isolate tenant data, and secure authentication through Supabase. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
