What are the fees?
Stripe's standard processing fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). Arrively charges a small per-transaction platform fee to cover chargeback and payment support costs.
When is the customer charged?
You choose. Require a card at booking to charge later, or use tap-to-pay to charge on-site. You're always in control of when the charge happens.
Can I issue refunds?
Yes. Refunds are handled through your Stripe Dashboard. The refund status syncs back to the job automatically.
Is it secure?
All payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified processor. Card numbers never touch Arrively's servers.
Do I need a card reader?
No. Tap-to-pay works with just your iPhone or Android phone. Customers tap their card or phone to pay.
