Scheduling questions

How does drive-time aware scheduling work?

When a customer books an appointment, Arrively calculates the real drive time from your previous job location to the new one. It only shows customers time slots that you can physically reach, accounting for travel time. This means no more rushed drives or late arrivals.

Can I prevent double-booking?

Yes. Arrively automatically blocks overlapping time slots. When a slot is booked, it is removed from availability for both customer self-booking and manual scheduling. Drive time buffers are also accounted for, so you will never have back-to-back jobs that are geographically impossible to reach.

How do customers book appointments?

Customers use your public booking page to select a service, see available time slots, and confirm their appointment. They only see slots you can actually reach based on your existing schedule and location. No app download is required.

Can I manage my schedule from my phone?

Yes. The Arrively mobile app gives you full control of your schedule on the go. You can view your day, reschedule jobs, add new appointments, and update job statuses — all from your phone in the field.
