How does Arrively work for a team?

Each team member downloads the Arrively mobile app and logs in with their own account. You assign jobs to specific workers from the web dashboard or mobile app. Each worker sees only their own schedule, and drive time is calculated based on their individual location and existing jobs.

Is there a per-seat charge for team members?

No. Arrively charges per booked job, not per user. Your team can have 1 worker or 5 workers and the pricing is the same: $0.99 per job with volume discounts as you grow. No per-seat fees.

Can workers only see their own schedule?

Yes. Workers see only the jobs assigned to them. As the business owner, you can filter the schedule by team member and reassign jobs.

What happens when a team member calls in sick?

You can reassign their jobs to another worker with a few taps. Arrively recalculates drive time for the new worker and customers are notified of any changes automatically.

Can I try Arrively with just myself before adding my team?

Absolutely. Start as a solo operator with your 20 free jobs. When you are ready, invite team members. There is no minimum team size and no commitment to add workers on any timeline.
