How do you set up Arrively?

Arrively is built for field service professionals who want online scheduling up and running in minutes, not days. There is no implementation team to coordinate, no training sessions to attend, and no setup fees to negotiate. You sign up, configure your services and availability, share your booking link, and start accepting appointments. The entire process takes most contractors under five minutes. Your first 20 jobs are completely free with no credit card required, so you can test every feature with real customers before you pay anything. This guide walks you through each step from creating your account to managing a full schedule.

Create your account

Head to arrively.app and tap Create Free Account. You will need three things: your business name, your name, and an email address. That is it. There is no credit card form, no plan selection, no trial clock ticking in the background. Your first 20 jobs are completely free, which gives you plenty of room to test every feature with real customers before you spend a cent. Once you submit the form, you will land in your dashboard immediately — no verification email required. From there you can start configuring your business profile, but the account itself is ready to use the moment you sign up. Most contractors finish this step in under thirty seconds.

Add your services

Services are the foundation of your booking page. Each service needs a name that your customers will recognize (for example, "Standard Pool Clean" or "Filter Replacement"), a brief description, an estimated duration, and a base price. Duration matters because Arrively uses it to calculate how long each appointment blocks on your calendar, which directly affects which time slots are available for the next customer. You can create as many services as you need, and you can always edit them later. Customers see your service list when they visit your booking link, so clear names and accurate durations will save you back-and-forth messages and reduce no-shows.

Set your availability

Define your working hours for each day of the week so Arrively knows when you are available for jobs. You might work eight-to-five on weekdays and half days on Saturdays — set that here. If you already manage personal appointments on your phone calendar, you can sync it so those blocks are automatically reserved. Arrively reads only the start and end times of your calendar events (no titles or details) and marks those windows as unavailable. This prevents double-bookings without requiring you to maintain two separate calendars. You can update your hours any time, and changes take effect immediately on your public booking page.

Set your service area

Tell Arrively where you work by setting a center point and a radius. This is important because the system uses your service area combined with real drive time calculations to determine which time slots you can physically reach. If a customer is thirty minutes away and you only have a twenty-minute gap between jobs, that slot will not appear as available. This is what drive-time aware scheduling means — instead of overbooking and hoping for the best, Arrively only shows customers times that are actually realistic given your location and existing appointments. You can adjust your center point and radius as your business territory changes.

Share your booking link

Every Arrively account gets a shareable booking page at arrive.ly/your-slug. This is where customers go to book appointments with you. Share the link on your website, in your social media bios, on business cards, in email signatures, or anywhere else customers might find you. When a customer visits your link, they pick a service from your list, see the available time slots (already filtered by your availability and drive time), and confirm their booking — all without downloading an app or creating an account. You get a notification the moment someone books, and the appointment appears on your schedule automatically.

Start scheduling

You are ready to go. Jobs booked through your link appear on your schedule automatically, and customers receive confirmation and reminder notifications without you lifting a finger. Download the Arrively mobile app for iOS or Android to manage your day on the go — update job statuses, navigate to appointments, and see what is coming next. As more jobs come in, Arrively calculates drive time between each one so your schedule stays realistic and achievable. If a customer cancels, the gap-fill system automatically texts customers with future appointments to offer them the earlier slot, keeping your calendar full without any manual work on your part.
